Help stock the shelves

The need is already here.

Paws & Provisions is just getting started, and people are already reaching out for help.

Some need food.

Some need help feeding their pets.

Some need basic necessities.

And sometimes someone who loves their animal simply needs a little help getting through a hard month.

We want to be able to say yes when we can.

Pets are family.

When someone hits a hard stretch, keeping food in the bowl or buying basic pet supplies can become one more impossible expense.

We want Paws & Provisions to help bridge that gap.

Our immediate focus is pet food and basic supplies.

Our bigger goal is to build a community support fund that can help animal lovers during urgent situations when they need a little help caring for the pets they love.

This fund is part of the long term vision and is still being built.

For the people who love them.

People need practical help too.

Food.

Basic necessities.

A few things that make a difficult week easier.

Paws & Provisions is being built to respond to those needs too.

Not with complicated rules.

Not with judgment.

Just neighbors helping neighbors when we can.

Community distribution tables set up under a pavilion

It started with Laverne and Shirley.

Two tiny kittens needed help.

Helping them opened the door to something bigger.

It made us think about all the moments when people and animals just need somebody to show up.

That became Paws & Provisions.

Where we are now.

$361.63

raised so far from 7 donations.

This is the beginning.

Every dollar helps us stock food, pet supplies, basic necessities, and begin building toward the larger support network we want Paws & Provisions to become.

Small help is still help.

You do not have to solve somebody’s whole problem.

Sometimes help looks like groceries.

Sometimes it is a bag of dog food.

Sometimes it is cat litter.

Sometimes it is a basic necessity.

And sometimes it is simply giving someone enough breathing room to get through the week.

That is what this is about.

People. Pets. Neighbors.

Help us put something on the shelf.

So when the next person reaches out, we can say yes.
